Kidzlink has always aimed to be the best part of your kids’ week. Now, let’s take it to the next level! This will be a week filled with summertime fun with plenty of opportunities for God to speak into your child’s heart.
The Camp Experience

Students who are in 3rd-5th grade during the 2023-2024 school year.

$225 (you can pay $20 deposit now and the rest by May 28, 2024 - LAST DAY TO SIGN UP)
Each student can select up to TWO (2) Camp Activities (see costs below), along with extra money for the Snack Bar. All activities and snack bar money needs to be selected and paid for with the $20 deposit. Scholarship/fundraiser money your child receives will be taken off the remaining balance NOT activities or snack bar. If they choose to NOT do the activity you paid for, the money will go into their snack bar fund and anything remaining will be refunded to them at the end of the week.
Cost Includes: Camp lodging, transportation, meals, camp t-shirt, and basic camp recreation.
Camp Activities (Optional): They are allowed to select up to TWO (2) camp activities.
Horseback Riding Lessons ($80 – one hour each day Monday-Friday, including a trail ride)
Rockets ($15)
Crafts ($8).
We also suggest students should plan to bring Canteen/Snack Bar Money for the week, ($20-$30).

All medication must be in the original container and placed inside a gallon size zip lock bag with the child’s first and last name and Campus name written in black permanent marker.
Once you register, you’ll recieve a Medication Form that must be filled out and signed.

CHECK-IN
Please arrive for check-in at the Freeport Campus in the Kidzlink auditorium on Sunday, June 23rd, between 9 and 9:30 AM. Busses will leave promptly at 9:30 AM. Sunday departure from the Galena Campus will begin at 10:30 AM.
We will be stopping the bus on the way to camp for lunch. Crossroads covers the cost of a meal for your child. If you think your child needs more than a small meal at McDonald’s, you should send the extra money with them.
PICKUP
Kidzlink Kids will load up and leave Village Creek Bible Camp on Saturday, June 29th, at around 8:45 AM. Busses will leave promptly at 9:15 AM. They will not not be eating on the way home. We will not stop the bus on the way home.
We will return to the Galena Campus at 11:15 AM and the Freeport Campus at 12:30 PM.

WHAT TO BRING
Please put your child’s name or initials on everything they bring with them. There is a lost and found at camp, marking everything helps us a lot.
Clothing (in additional to everyday wear)
swimwear
pajamas
warm jackets, sweaters or sweatshirts
shoes
2 pairs of tennis shoes for field games (in case one gets wet)
Old shoes for creek stomping
Raincoat or poncho
If you signed up for horsemanship
long pants (at least 2 – 3 pairs, jeans are fine) ● boots or hard-soled tie-on shoes ● well-fitted gloves
Toiletries
