Griefshare is a special weekly adult support group for those who are grieving the passing of someone close to them. It is a friendly, caring, understanding group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You will gain access to valuable Griefshare resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life. Griefshare support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help!

Healing from your hurt, grief and loss is not easy. It’s a long, sometimes painful process. We want to help you on your journey toward recovery. Griefshare groups meet once a week for 13 weeks to help you overcome these challenges. During the first 30-40 minutes of the meeting, each Griefshare group watches a video seminar featuring top experts on loss and recovery subjects. These videos feature grief recovery expert interviews, dramatic reenactments, real-life case studies and on-location video. After viewing the video, participants spend time as a group, discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and supporting each other on the journey to healing.

New Groups Start in February & September

Griefshare meets at the Freeport & Monroe Campuses at 6:30 pm
